If you want to see the entire scene in the animation with Janice, you need to choose -stay in- in the first option that appears in the game -pool - stay in - go out-. If we do not choose this in the first option, we cannot see the entire scene with Janice in the subsequent repeated choices and it constantly says -we cannot do this-.
If you did not choose -stay in- in the first option for Janice, start a new game and try.

No need to start a new game you can travel back there through the hub.
I liked the game and the concept of going back in time and replaying events, as well as the models and animations.
I can't just get a new option on day 2 (return home). I've tried all the options. I also tried to start over.

Have you installed the patch? It's a separate download, that should fix your problem.
